This Privacy Policy was last updated on 02/04/2020. (TCH reserves the right to amend this policy to adapt it to legislative or industry practice changes, informing users of any changes and their effective date).

This Privacy Policy is intended as a second layer of information, in addition to any collected through other means, and is valid only for personal data obtained via this website. It does not apply to data collected by third parties on other websites, even if linked from this site.

2. How do we obtain your data?

The personal data processed by TCH are never sensitive data. In addition to data processed as part of our business activities (clients, suppliers, employees), we collect data through:

Contact and quote request form: Name, Email, Phone, Province, Type of estimate (all-in or construction only), Square meters, Budget range, and Message.

«Want us to call you?» form: Name, Email, and Phone.

Blog comments: Name, Email, and (optional) Website.

Subscribers to TCH content and newsletters: Name and Email.

3. Why do we process your personal data?

TCH processes the data provided by interested parties for the following purposes:

Contact and quote requests: To contact you in response to your message or provide an estimate based on your request. The email address will be used to respond unless the «Want us to call you?» form is used.

Blog comments: To publish and moderate your comments, manage them, perform statistics, and send you new articles automatically.

Content subscribers and newsletters: To keep you periodically informed via email through newsletters or updates, to which you have previously subscribed and consented.

Client: To manage the service contract, payment, and administrative, accounting, and tax tasks derived from it.

Commercial emails: In accordance with the LSSICE, TCH does not engage in SPAM practices and does not send unsolicited commercial emails. Every form on this website includes the option to explicitly consent to receiving newsletters, which will always be clearly identified.

4. How long will we keep your data?

Clients: Your data will be retained while the contractual relationship is active. After termination, TCH will block your data for the legally required time periods.

Forms or emails: Your data will be kept only as long as necessary for the reason it was provided.

Subscribers: Until you unsubscribe or the service is discontinued.

In all cases, data will be blocked for compliance with legal requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and other actions during the applicable statutory periods. Once no longer required, your data will be deleted or blocked as per our retention and deletion policy.

We do not accept unsolicited CVs by email. These will be deleted.
