We have been in the house that TCH built for us for almost a year and a half. The experience has been very positive in all phases of the project, design, construction and after-sales to date. If we were to build a house again, they would undoubtedly be our first choice.

A year ago the construction process of our house began and three months ago they gave us the keys. We chose TCH because of their construction system, the homes they published on their networks and the good opinions they had. Given the result, we are not wrong. From the beginning, communication was very good, making each phase of the project easier for us: they allow you to design the home to your liking, always listening to your opinion, they take care of all the administrative procedures and the process is fast, with good materials and suppliers. All this with a team that is very committed and passionate about their work.
Building a house is an intense, sometimes stressful process, which is why we especially value that TCH has professionals like Sergio Cabrera, who has accompanied, informed and advised us throughout the entire process. Sergio was our first contact and the one who has taken us by the hand from the first calls and site visits to the resolution of the last details and the delivery of the keys. It performs a fundamental role as a link between the company, suppliers, workers and customers. We especially highlight his closeness, involvement and the tranquility he conveys when unforeseen events arise.
In our case, we were assigned the architecture studio Ximénez Arquitectos, which has done a wonderful job. Daniel and his team designed a house completely adapted to our tastes, needs and lifestyle.
Also recognize the work on site, especially José Luis, construction manager, Marius and the entire team for their great professionalism.
The design and assembly of the kitchen and the interior carpentry have been carried out by Studio Drommen, a subsidiary of TCH. Both Enrique and Iurkko do a spectacular job, always with professionalism and attention to detail.
When it comes to facilitating the procedures required for the construction of a new house, we highly value the work of the Administration, especially Paula Sereno and Paula Alonso, who have managed all these issues, always keeping us very well informed.
We must not ignore that the construction of a house is a complicated process, which takes time and in which complications always arise. For this reason, it is necessary to be aware of the process, make many decisions, review documentation and budgets... Likewise, keep in mind that, after the keys are handed over, there is a period to resolve defects. The important thing is that TCH has put in place all possible means to effectively manage the problems that have arisen, delivering our house to us on time and on budget. As a suggestion, add that some items in the budget could be better detailed and that a final cleaning of the work would be appreciated.

It has been the project of our life and we could not be happier to have chosen TCH to carry it out, so we do not hesitate to recommend them.

As I mentioned, now that we see it with perspective we believe that the result has been very good and the company is very worthwhile, but nevertheless the issue of construction is very complex and unforeseen events or discrepancies arise, and here some were resolved without any inconvenience because the company considered it so, but some others were a little more headaches and we believe that the company did not always approach it in the best possible way. Although in principle the company takes care of absolutely everything, and you should just sit and wait, you must be aware of everything. At the end of the day, it is your house and the most important project of your life, so you have to be on top of the project to avoid scares or even to unblock situations with licenses that were extending in time longer than necessary, issues with materials and others that in our case posed some important problems due to not being completely on top of it from the beginning.

That said, errors are going to arise in any project of these characteristics, and except for some circumstances already mentioned, the rest have been able to be solved with more or less ease and “negotiation” with TCH.

We must also highlight the importance of the after-sales service, where they continue to pay you all the necessary attention and solve all the issues that may arise. Álvaro will also be happy to continue helping you with all subsequent services that the client may need and that are not typical of construction.
