A year ago, the construction process of our house began, and three months ago, we received the keys. We chose TCH for their construction system, the homes they published on their social media, and the positive reviews they received. Given the results, we weren't wrong. From the beginning, communication was excellent, making every phase of the project easier: they let you design the home to your liking, always listening to your opinions, they handle all the administrative procedures, and the process is fast, using quality materials and suppliers. All this with a very committed team passionate about their work.
Building a house is an intense, sometimes stressful process, so we especially value TCH's team of professionals like Sergio Cabrera, who has supported, informed, and advised us throughout the entire process. Sergio was our first point of contact and has guided us from the first calls and site visits to the final details and the handover of the keys. He plays a fundamental role as a link between the company, suppliers, workers, and clients. We especially highlight their approachability, involvement, and the peace of mind they provide when unexpected events arise.
In our case, we were assigned to the architectural firm Ximénez Arquitectos, which did a wonderful job. Daniel and his team designed a house completely adapted to our tastes, needs, and lifestyle.
We also want to acknowledge the work on-site, especially José Luis, the construction manager, Marius, and the entire team for their great professionalism.
The design and installation of the kitchen and interior carpentry were carried out by Studio Drommen, a subsidiary of TCH. Both Enrique and Iurkko did a spectacular job, always with professionalism and attention to detail.
When it came to facilitating the procedures required for the construction of a new house, we highly value the work of the Administration team, especially Paula Sereno and Paula Alonso, who managed all these matters while always keeping us very well informed.
It's important to remember that building a house is a complicated process, requiring time and complications. Therefore, it's necessary to be attentive to the process, make many decisions, review documentation and budgets, and keep in mind that, after the keys are handed over, there's a period to resolve any issues. The important thing is that TCH has made every effort to effectively manage the problems that arose, delivering our house to us on time and within the established budget. As a suggestion, I would add that some items in the budget could have been more detailed, and a final cleanup would be appreciated.

This has been the project of a lifetime, and we couldn't be happier having chosen TCH to carry it out, so we have no hesitation in recommending them.
