A dream and a necessity come true!!
For personal reasons, we had to move and chose TCH to carry out the project. With Daniel Ximénez, the assigned architect, we designed several projects with multiple options, keeping in mind that everything had to be on one floor. He's an approachable person who offers solutions for everything—a 10 out of 10. TCH's service was perfect, centered around Gonzalo, the sales representative, for the rest of the home's development. A special mention also goes to Paula, who handled all the administrative aspects, making the process easy for us. As is normal in these types of projects, modifications, problems, and alterations always arise, which in our case we always resolved in the best way possible.
The interior finishes for the carpentry, kitchen, and living room were done by Enrique de Drommen, a studio that offers endless options 😂. The construction process was quick, around 8 months. It took longer to get licenses, permits, and other paperwork than the actual construction itself.

I must mention the construction staff, especially Marius, an exceptional and attentive person. I recommend closely monitoring the construction to correct any errors that may arise and avoid future problems. The after-sales service is excellent; any defects, malfunctions, or day-to-day issues are always resolved, which is very important.
In short, a spectacular home with high-quality finishes, good insulation, and climate control that meets our expectations. Thank you so much, TCH!

Our experience with The Concrete Home has been very positive. As self-builders, it's perfectly normal to feel fear and uncertainty during the home construction process, but they were with us every step of the way, which gave us great peace of mind.
